OUR PROCESS

Our process at IICJ is simple and time-efficient. We completely disagree with unnecessary delays, costs and travels, and therefore we expedite the process with diligence, whilst maintaining efficiency.

We are proud to say that the majority of Talaq & Khula cases are handled virtually, i.e. via calls, emails, letters, using WhatsApp, Zoom or any other online platform convenient to you. This means you do not have to travel, unless it is necessary, and you can have everything completed from the comfort of your home. This major step was taken to save you time and money.

In complex cases where attendance is necessary, we will try to limit your travel to only 1 visit. We strive to minimise your burden, especially during times where you may be facing some difficulty and tribulation.
